In our world, a user is anyone that needs to log in to the web application to create, start, or get reporting on how an experience is measured. 

A “Participant” is a person that is being measured. In all of our subscription plans, there is never an added charge for participants.

Nope. We have a cool export feature that is getting better every day. This will allow you to share the results of an Immersion measurement with your team or customer.

An experience is any content you want to measure. It could be a 30 second snippet of video or an all day conference.

With Immersion you can measure pre-recorded content in the same way you would send people a survey.

Or you can measure live events like a meeting or even people in a store.

When your free trial ends, we'll probably both be sad, but agree that it was more about timing and less about that one time we forgot to mute our Zoom while "having a conversation" with our cat. 

Once your account has expired we will keep your data available in the system for up to 6 months to allow you to restart your account in the same place you left it. You will not be able to login, conduct an experience, or export data unless you have an active account.

But the GREAT news is, it is easy and very affordable to sign up for a subscription - so you can just sign up and keep going! (No, we do not just automatically sign you up for a subscription. That's a jerk move in our book.) 

Yes. We want to make sure that you have the plan that you need and we know that needs change. If you want to edit which plan you are on, just shoot us a note at support@getimmersion.com and we'll get it sorted! 

Participants are the people being measured.

You will be a creator, and when you send a video out to be measured, you will send it to a group of "Participants."

Remember, in our world we never charge you for participants.  

The only time there is an extra change for a participant is if you ask to use our Immersion Audience Panel services. That's when we source specific people in a demographic on your behalf or open access to our standing group of general population respondents.
